The 1. International Congress on Psychopharmacology  14-17 December 2005

FIRST TURKISH NATIONAL PSYCHOPHARMACOLOGY CONGRESS ( 1st TNPC) will take place in Istanbul, Turkey, from December 14 to 17, 2005. by Gülhane Military Medical Academy, Haydarpaşa Training Hospital, Department of Psychiatry and the staff of the Bulletin of Clinical Psychopharmacology (Klinik Psikofarmakoloji Bülteni) associated with Gülhane Military Medical Academy, Department of Medical Pharmacology as to be the continuation of the First Gülhane Psychopharmacology Symposium which was organized by GATA Medical Pharmacology Department in 1999 and the “International Symposium of Recent Developments in Clinical Psychopharmacology-” the first of which was organized in 1991 and the last in 1998 by the Gülhane Military Medical Academy Department of Psychiatry Haydarpaşa Training Hospital and the staff of Bulletin of Clinical Psychopharmacology (Klinik Psikofarmakoloji Bülteni).

At the 1st TNPC, distinguished scientists from Turkey and abroad will bring the latest developments in psychopharmacology through conferences, panels, and satellite symposiums to the agenda, and participate in scientific discussions. At this congress, “Meet the Expert” sessions and workshops will be organized by the prominent scientists in their fields, and the attendees to these events will be awarded by certificates.

We hereby especially and kindly request you to complete the section included in this announcement with your views and recommendations embedded in and relay the same to us, since we consider realization of this congress with cooperative production and partake of all participants important and for that we believe in it.

I wish meeting you at 1st TNPC, in Istanbul which is not an intercontinental city, a bridge between Asia and Europe, but the most famous and historical city of Turkey.
